    Depends on Budget. If 0 budget, don't launch a product without first running an extensive customer development program to validate the prototype. That group then becomes your social marketing launch pad. With $$$ budget, start with 'test marketing' which means a small daily ad spend on a few key platforms to focus on targeting the right audience which converts profitably, before scaling.
