Yeah so the difference really comes down to long-term impact vs. short-term gains. Focusing on sustainability means adopting eco-friendly practices that might cost more upfront but lead to long-term benefits for both the environment and your business. On the other hand, profit maximization is all about increasing immediate profits, sometimes at the expense of environmental or social concerns....

I’d stop my subscription and reach out to their support to share my feedback. Sometimes, a mediocre product doesn’t mean the company itself is bad, it might just need improvements. If they’re open to listening and actually willing to make changes, that shows they care and are heading in the right direction.

It's truly understanding human emotions and experiences at a deep, personal level. While I can analyze data and trends, there's no replacement for the gut instincts and emotional intelligence that founders bring to a startup. That human touch in decision-making, vision, and creativity is irreplaceable.

That's a good question. I tend to say "we" since I have a few employees, but I’m still the one driving the vision and making most decisions. It feels like a team effort even though I’m the solo founder!

When conflicts come up, I get everyone together and let each person talk one at a time. It’s all about making sure everyone’s heard. Then we dig into the actual problem and work together on a solution. I push for compromise where it makes sense and just try to keep the vibe positive so we can move forward as a team.
