Really love this concept as an idea-generator for making data-driven design changes. I think particularly useful for getting non-technical founders or other stakeholders over the line with potential changes based on data. I agree with some of the comments about focusing on recommendations over the re-coding aspect, but that's a fascinating problem to tackle if you're committed to it!

The biggest insight in 'Founder Mode' isn't founder mode.
It's that managers have been trained all wrong for decades.
If you're micromanaging you're doing it wrong.
If you're completely hands off you're doing it wrong.
Great managers need to be able to go from 10,000 feet to down in the weeds effortlessly, and know how and when to zoom in and out.

A Small Business getting ripped off.

ChatGPT, Perplexity mostly. I use Claude via the platform we built (getnoan.com) but rarely directly via my own. LOVE perplexity.

This assumes you have your target audience defined! I think that can often be the hardest thing - people think they have their target audience nailed but it's too broad or vague to be targetable, and for them to build a strategy around. It's why we're building NOAN!
