Congrats on the launch! I'm curious on how you compare what you've built to others in the space like https://rownd.io/ - it seems theres an alignment that passwordless is the future! But based on what Im seeing in the docs https://docs.descope.com/customi... perhaps a disagreement where Descope has decided to allow passwords, at least for now, for those that insist?

No kidding I just hit this problem trying to come here and interact with this launch on @producthunt itself... Might be worth a peek from @rrhoover or perhaps some on his team?
Wouldn't it be amazing if there were a seamless way for folks launching products here that have a mailing list or landing page could just jump their people directly into an account with ProductHunt?
OK Story time...

I've loved being able to demo this to friends and neighbors. The ability to just be logged in on Jamstack landing page, wordpress blog, React app and docs is pretty powerful to folks who get it.

Frictionless authentication for Jamstack, Wordpress, Webflow
Rownd Auth adds frictionless authentication and account creation to all of a brand’s websites with a code snippet. Jamstack, Webflow, Wordpress? No problem!

A question: when An end users turns “off” a piece of data is it really something a tool or site can no longer access? How can we show it’s not just hidden in the UI?

Hey folks, loved contributing to this project because there’s so much we don’t know about what others know about us online. You might see some of my contributions include some “good guys” like ProtonMail and Signal (528 word policy!) I also pulled a few bad actors like some big or recent breaches from have I been Pwned!

Privacy policies and data request forms SHOULD be easy to find, but many companies hide them deep in their UI. Privacy hunt is a simple, free, crowd-sourced repository to reduce that to 1 click! 😁 Find a company, click on the link, and reclaim YOUR data. 🙌

I think this is a really important question. It seems like its becoming even more important over time. I think the visionaries and early adopters are getting there.
Its interesting to me that even in tech, there are conservatives and skeptics on some trends and topics. This particular topic almost inverts the normal categorizations really. People who consider themselves as early adopters may...

Nice! I kicked a concept like this around with some Product mgr colleagues at a big company with out of touch managers always awarding small bonuses too late to prevent attrition... who knows who deserves bonuses the most? Peers!
I do wonder if there's some level of performative-ness with it and/or tit for tat schemes or piling on and exclusionary cultures becoming more so with financial...

Neat! One of my favorite features of Overcast Podcast player is the smartspeed feature. There's so many videos I listen to on 2x speed but skipping silence is much more important.

Interesting idea! I know I sometimes save medium articles (if they're really long by copying and pasting to word, then send them to my amazon kindle with a convert command in the topic to convert to their .mobi format. Are yall thinking on including a widget to make that process simpler?
