We've used Punchlist for feedback on websites and landing pages and love it! It takes the hassle out of trying to screenshot a webpage to get to reviewers and then manage comments coming in from lots of different sources. It's great to see everyone's feedback noted on the exact part of the project it applies to. Definitely worth checking out to help streamline your reviews and approvals process!

Completely agree with David and Abderisak about getting feedback directly from your customers. You'll learn so much from talking with them on a Zoom or Google Meet. If you're not at a point where you can get a customer to speak to you live, a tool like Lucky Orange (disclaimer - I work there!) that lets you see a playback of what people are actually doing while they're on your platform. It all comes down to honesty and trustworthiness. Be honest and transparent with your beta testers about what they can expect from your startup. If they give you feedback and you tell them you'll address it or action it, be sure you do. Be careful not to overpromise.

Hire for attitude, not just aptitude. You can usually teach someone new skills, but it's nearly impossible to change someone's attitude.
