It depends on the people. Some would listen to music, some would go on a track with their motorcycle, some would run and others would cook.
I've noticed that all the ways have one thing in common: they require unplugging from your work and tasks. You need to make this complete break and be able to detach yourself.
Otherwise, burnout is not a matter of if, but when.

There is no one, always bound to succeed Social Media strategy. Otherwise, everyone would be using it, not to mention that we have algorithms and platform-specific issues that limit some ways.
That being said and judging by my experience:
1. Identify your target audience and your audience - and try to converge them into one and the same.
2. Post regularly. It's up to you how often, but a...

I am using AI on a daily basis for various tasks, including creation of pictures and avatars ( so easy to pick a fancy one for your Discord! ), but also writing some texts. ChatGPT is very useful when I need a list of ideas to follow, not necessarily verbatim but it is great when you are stuck and need that little bit of inspiration.
I'm mostly using ChatGPT and Copilot at them moment, but...

Not PH experience, but a big Launch Day from the past: You will spend more time answering questions and managing people who want to reach out.
The good thing is, it usually means the Launch is successful.

Know your audience and try to make your brand relatable to them in your comms, approach, ads. Strong bonding with the community is very important for a brand identity.
Also, it helps a lot when your brand can be summarized easily while being distinct and not one of a legion.

From my experience: It is not that difficult. There are two key issues that must be addressed, though:
1. Clear goals and tasks. A task either is done within the allocated time, or it is not, no matter if done at the office, or remotely.
2. Clear communication and responsibilities are a must-have. Most of the issues I've seen arose because of unclear communication, or unclear responsibilities...

I know a few people who deal with it. It also happened to me. It seems to me that as there's almost always a role model, someone who seems to be much more knowledgeable and proficient in your area of expertise it's easy to feel like nobody. Also, we can be very critical of ourselves and probably much more aware of our own shortcomings.
Lastly, people tend to share their success stories and...

Not a direct recommendation, but here you go: a different language often means a different culture and a different approach - what works for the US Market might perform average in the UK, and utterly fail in Japan.
That's why we have localisations instead of just translations.

The first thing is to know your audience. That much is obvious. Also, being creative and throwing something amusing or a bit different every now and then.
However, sometimes you may find yourself devoid of ideas. Perhaps it was a bad sleep, perhaps not enough coffee, perhaps something on your mind - happens to many of us.
In such a case, I can recommend using chatGPT or another AI tool to...

Good quality feedback is pure gold. Feedback in general is very valuable, just as you said. However, there's a difference between someone just sharing the opinion that they don't like function X or feature Y, and a more complex explanation of why function X is faulty and redundant, while feature Y, after some changes, could be extremely useful.

It depends. I do not face them very often but let's say it's something useful, or interesting from my point of view - in such case, I give it a shot.
Otherwise, not really.

We're not there yet, but one day a built-in fact-checker AI could help to at least slow down the spreading of some clear nonsense.
It may not seem like much, but for some platforms that would be a huge change for the better.

I don't think so. It may reduce the workout of the HR departments, it may cause removal of HR in some of the companies - but I firmly believe that at the end of the day, the need to meet with a person face to face before making the final decision will ensure the HR stays around.
Also, there's the matter of all the issues that can't be managed easily and still are dealt with by the HR.
So,...
