@donald_sang Feeling anxious about eating high-calorie foods is understandable, especially if you're concerned about your health or weight. It might help to remember that balance is key in nutrition - enjoying treats in moderation is part of a healthy lifestyle. If the anxiety persists or impacts your daily life, talking to a healthcare professional or a nutritionist could provide guidance and support tailored to your specific needs. Take care!

Yes! One of the the things I’m most grateful nowadays is having a dietitian for a mom. It drove me crazy when I was younger seeing the junk other kids would bring to school, but now I’m very thankful I was raised learning how to eat properly. Your health is wealth! You can spend your life in the gym but can only get so far without a good diet

Luka Brzin
Hey, I'm glad someone started this discussion here on Product Hunt. I have a bachelors degree in Sports training and science and with that I learned a lot about nutrition. People think that good, quality food only makes you look good, but that is actually the second best thing it does. The first is that it makes you feel super good about yourself and way more productive also. Whenever I eat crap (fast food, sweets, alcohol, ...) I feel bad and I can't concentrate on my work at all. I literally feel stupid. That is why I prioritize whole foods (single ingridient - ex. banana, chicken, asparagus, blueberries, ... you get the point). Because I eat like this 95% of the time I look good, I feel good, I move better, I'm more confident and another plus side, I literally can't get sick. If you need any advice on nutrition or training you can contact me on any other platform and I will be happy to help.

Yes, I understand very clearly that only with proper nutrition I can feel good. That's why I often follow different diets and thus do not saturate my body with bad elements. Therefore, the most useful for me now is this plan https://betterme.world/articles/..., which helps me better understand certain products and how they affect my body
