This contrasts targeting a specific niche market with tailored offerings (focus strategy) versus catering to a wide audience with a broad range of products or services (broad strategy)
which is more effective?

Focus or broad, it all comes down to execution, isn't it?
focus for startup for sure. otherwise you waste so so much energy and time
I'd say focus strategy.
Gradually shift from a narrowly focused strategy to a broader one as the startup reaches the growth stage and scales further.
I think it depends on the stage of business.
I think a focus strategy can be more effective, especially for smaller businesses. Tailoring offerings to a niche often builds loyalty and creates a stronger value proposition. @kilopolki
I feel that a broad strategy can be really effective in industries where customer preferences vary a lot. It allows you to reach different segments and expand market share. @kilopolki
For me, a focus strategy has been more effective.
