Working on DocXter, I've observed how we work. While we market for our product we clearly analyze consumer behavior and trends so we can cater to them. This way we stay relevant.
This got me thinking, brands with influence don't follow trends, they create them.
To get there, I suppose, a brand must gain that influence. Create a following by catering to relevance. Create a significant identity, enough to set a trend of its own.
Which brand trends have inspired or influenced you?

There are brands that take risks and create something exciting, even if it's different. Then there are brands that play it safe and end up being boring and forgettable. It's about having a bold vision and not being afraid to stand out.

This is like the difference between trendsetters who create new styles and those who just follow the latest fads. The best brands bring fresh ideas to the table, not just copy what everyone else is doing.
This quote is saying some brands blaze their own trail with unique ideas, while others just copy what's popular. It's about being innovative and standing out from the crowd.
Followers might attract customers initially, but without a deeper connection, they struggle to retain loyalty. People connect with brands that have a story and a purpose, not just cheap imitations.
The best brands can be inspired by trends, but they put their own unique spin on them. They take an existing concept and elevate it, personalize it, or adapt it to their target audience. Blind following is a recipe for mediocrity, but using trends as a springboard for creativity can be a powerful strategy.
True brands are the creative forces that set trends, pushing boundaries and shaping consumer preferences. Followers simply copy what's popular, lacking the originality and vision to truly stand out.
Oh, the endless dance of brands - some lead, some follow. Like a high school cafeteria, but with logos! Personally, I'm inspired by brands like Apple who effortlessly set trends, making competitors scramble to catch up.
