    Agreed, carbonated water can definitely have negative health impacts, especially if consumed in excess. I switched to drinking more plain filtered water and herbal teas and noticed I feel much better overall. Staying hydrated with healthy liquids makes a big difference!

    Def intermittent fasting and cutting down sugar intake for me. Tough at first but makes a huge diff over time - more energy, better sleep, less brain fog. Also getting sunlight first thing in the AM helps sync the circadian rhythm. Small tweaks but they all add up!
