So the single biggest thing we have done is that we deployed a Discord server for our product and then we also host weekly office hours where we are all on video and customers can ask us any questions.

Excellent question! A few things that have worked well for us: 1) Leveraging our most passionate users and empowering them to be community champions. They spread the word fast! 2) Partnering with adjacent communities for cross-promotion to pull in relevant new members. 3) Consistently showing up ourselves to engage, help solve problems, and pull the community in. It takes work but a thriving community is so powerful!
