The most obvious applications are use cases where some data is poorly accessible for humans, either because of the quantity of data, or because the data is hard to read for humans. AI can help a lot with those by summarising the data. Some examples would be the AI being able to digest and summarise an entire product documentation (large dataset) to help with customer support, or AI being able to translate english to SQL (hard to read) to query a database.
