Dive into the reality of changing careers in a fast-paced startup. Follow Audrey as she starts her new job. To succeed, she has to relearn everything. Will she manage? Watch the full series now.
19 months ago, I started a new job at 360Learning, and @nicolas_merlaud asked if I wanted to be on a docu-series to document the 90 days of my onboarding.
I said yes, and the rest was history (i.e. an insane roller coaster ride of COVID-19 and being stuck at home for 18 months while trying to hire and onboard a whole team. π€ͺ)
Two seasons of Onboarding Joei later, I'm excited to be on the other side of the camera π₯ and share a new story with you all (much more inspiring than mine, in my opinion π) - one that a lot of people might be going through right now; a story of change and dreams. We all have dreams. Changing jobs. Changing the world. But reality catches up quickly. What does it really take to change your life?
Big thanks to @audreyjarre who has just been incredibly inspiring, and I feel so honored to get to know her story and now share it with all of you. π And to my whole team for making this project a big success. π
We had Onboarding Joei, now we have Learning Audrey (we aren't very original with our names π) - and our goal remains the same. We want to show the world what employees really go through. Through our Reality TV series, we show the Reality of work. Binge-watch all episode now ahead of our grand finale TOMORROW!

@nicolas_merlaud@audreyjarre@joeei Go Audrey!! I'm so glad you decided to stick around and try this new adventure at 360L :) And that you were brave enough to go on camera - not easy, I know!
@josselin_milon This was such a great way to learn more about a coworker I've only heard incredible things about, I hope I'll get the chance to meet her in person someday!

Thank you @joeei for proposing this crazy project. π± I still canβt believe I said yes to this project (as if it wasnβt stressful enough to do a 180 switch in your career during a global pandemic!).
Honestly, Iβm so glad I (cautiously) said yes because now I can look back in 50 years and remember all of the great people I used to work with π
Seriously, though: this was a monumental change in my life and I canβt wait to look back at how much Iβve grown!
@audreyjarre all propos to you for being vulnerable and sharing your story with us π It's not easy and i speak from experience π (and you've converted me to slam poetry and improv!)

Onboarding Joei was one of the reasons I joined 360Learning! Being able to peek behind the scenes was priceless - and made the transition a little less scary!
@nicholas_wagner Thank you for your blessing and support to bring this project to life! ππ

Love the story behind Audrey's new position within 360Learning! Very impressed by everything she has accomplished, even before joining us. And that British accent!!
So inspiring to document the challenges of a new job inside the same company!
The last episode "The Show" was excellent, it really resonated with my vision of Collaborative Learning π.
Congrats to the whole team involved, I can't wait to see the end of this beautiful journey!
@margot_caitucoli Thank you Margot! "The Show" is my personal favorite too π₯° got really emotional putting this episode together!

What a rewarding project to work onβa glimpse into the vulnerability weβve all felt in a new role but Audrey was brave enough to get her feelings on video for the world to see π π
I can only hope that I would have the same level of grace, honesty, and determination if there was a camera recording all of these moments.
