To install the widget, you will just need to create an account, connect your Facebook page, add your WhatsApp number, your Instagram and Telegram username. You can choose which channels you want to add and if you want them to appear on desktop, mobile or both. If you like it, you can also change the widget icon with a picture or a GIF πŸ€—. Copy and paste the script into your site and you're done! To do so, you can use Google Tag Manager or paste the code in before the end of the section of your website. After 24 hours, you will be able to see statistics on unique visitors / visitors, clicks on the widget, clicked channels, devices and localization straight from your dashboard. We are using Callbell Chat Widget for several months for our website and contact requests, especially through Whatsapp, are increasing a lot.

Pros:

Very simple installation Quick and intuitive setting Great customer support Personalized messages Analytics

Cons:

For the moment a platform for centralize all the conversations is not available : we look forward to it!

@marco_nuori Hi Marco, thanks for your feedback! At the moment we are focusing on this four integration for the simple reason we will also work on a chat interface to manage all the incoming chats coming from those channels. It's likely that we will consider WeChat in the future tough :)

Two things: 1. The app is asking for too many unnecessary permissions when it comes to adding your facebook page. For some reason, just the "manage messages" permission is not enough and they say you need to allow 'everything' including "manage ads" etc. Support can't explain why they need it. 2. Not only support can't explain anything, they also don't care to reply in a timely manner. I waited 4 days days to get clarification on why they require that many permissions not related to the task I was going to use the app for, and support did not care to reply. I deleted my account.
