The Ops Show is a weekly YouTube show and podcast celebrating the developer journey. Every week a new guest comes on the show to discuss topics ranging from software development to DevOps and beyond.
When I joined CTO.ai a few months ago I had no idea I'd be hosting a weekly YouTube show. With @slajax's encouragement, we went straight lean startup and learned on the fly iterating from week to week always making the next show better. Today we will be filming our 14th straight episode. We haven't missed a week.
Some of the topics we've covered:
> Building products
> Ethics in technology
> Emotional intelligence
> Technical debt
> Diversity and neurodiversity
> Technical leadership
> Developer Upskilling
> Digital by default
And so many more conversations in between.
Please have a watch and let us know who would be a great next guest!

Nice show everyone š Keep it up. Out of curiosity, what's the show's mission statement?
Also, for some value: Check out https://linktr.ee/. I have two podcasts and this tool is a great, free tool to aggregate all of your channels for the user to select their preferred method. Thought I'd pass along š¤·āāļø
@alex_papageorge hi Alex! Thanks for the question and reference material. The mission for the show is to help make DevOps and the developer experience more accessible to the current 50M devs as well as the next 50M coming online over the next decade. We think thoughtful culture, intelligent best practices, and well-designed tools will continue to be the future for development teams and we want to help them level up šļøāāļø
This show is such a pleasure to watch/listen to every week! Plenty of discussions on relevant and important topics, so it's a must-watch for anyone interested in the tech industry! It takes a lot of effort to put together a show weekly with top-notch guests and content, really awesome job @pollock and @slajax on The Ops Show !
Love the variety of themes in the show and the insightful guests! Specially like how different each guest is from each other, providing very interesting points of views
I LOVE that this is encouraging an intersection of conversations! The Dev experience is NOT just about coding and code. As an HR professional I've really enjoyed hearing about leadership, bias, remote work and team culture from the developer perspective. Of course they talk about tools and tech too! Recommend a listen for techies and not techies alike.
