Hi everyone! @pranavbadami and I are excited to launch Dots! Dots helps community leaders scale their Slack or Discord communities through automation and insights! We were working on a different business last year, and the struggle to get that going led us to join a couple of online Slack communities for founders. We found tremendous support from members and leaders of these online communities. We spoke to several community leaders, which exposed us to how difficult it is to run communities and more importantly, scale a community while keeping it personal. Both of us moderate communities, so we resonated with the following challenges that take away from a community leader's core role: - Manual tasks are overwhelming: Ensuring that all member questions are answered and reaching out personally is incredibly time-consuming with 1000s of members. - Member organization and insights are tough: It's hard to understand who your most helpful members are and keep a tab on the ROI of your efforts! Dots supercharges your community platforms like Slack or Discord so you can continue meeting your members where they want to meet. Communities are using us to: - ⚙️Automate workflow: Send personalized DMs to member cohorts, create custom onboarding success paths, send weekly summaries, save threads to Notion/Airtable, etc. - ⚡Prioritize tasks: View pending messages in one place, and assign messages to team members. - 📈Understand member insights and ROI: Access a source of truth that segments your power members and at-risk members, and engage them accordingly. Understand when to post based on activity, and whether a tactic is working or not. There is also a member-facing directory! - 👩🏽‍⚖️Moderate content: Easily allow your members to report messages to admins with one click. No more mental tally or screenshots. Can I try it? Congrats @sanketchauhan and Team! Can see this being valuable to range of online community managers whether businesses, governments, media. Do you see the biggest use case as companies cultivating a community of their product users?

@daniele_packard Yes that would be the biggest use case given the scale and the number of moving parts. However, there are also an increasing number of larger professional/hobbyist online communities, and some of them have found Dots super useful!
