Great job with ADA HR Assistant! The integration with Slack makes it easy for teams already using this tool to enhance their internal HR support. I wonder how the assistant handles localization and different languages. Are there plans to add support for more languages or other communication platforms like Microsoft Teams?

Thank you for your interest Caglar, We currently offer a solid solution to our customers using Slack. We are also planning and developing on the Teams side. We have user-based licensing for Enterprise packages, similar to LivechatAI. I will contact you about this.

We started with Slack in the beginning, we will continue with Teams and other platforms in time. We also plan to open the in-house data with AI Actions. Our main focus is to provide solutions for repetitive tasks.

Dear Ema, We have been developing LiveChatAI.com for a long time and we have come a long way there. We wanted to use our know-how there, especially for repetitive HR tasks and in-house support solutions in small and medium-sized companies. First of all, we are developing a chat-history area where admin users can learn from employee questions. We plan to add integration and action sections in the future. We can also offer what we have learned on the Slack side on Teams and other platforms. The most important thing here will be the feedback from early adopters, namely you. We will be adjusting the roadmap according to the feedback here. We are doing our best to reflect the value created. We would be very happy if you could use the product in detail and give feedback.
