Cool stuff. Local business communication is a huge productivity blocker for me. I like that this could alleviate that pain but also avoid the high premiums of other "concierge" chat apps . Congrats on the launch!
So, it is like Intercom for brick and mortar businesses with call centre/response assistance?

This looks really promising. This may be just what the doctor ordered to assist customers/businesses in communicating and hopefully eliminating the hassles of connecting. Definitely will keep my eye on this one. Great job!

Great idea. Do you charge transaction fees (on top of the payment gateway fees) or monthly fees? Or both?
How to do you plan to onboard so many local businesses? I just messaged 2 via the MessageUs mobile app and got 2 auto-responses that neither had claimed their profile. Then I got messages from those businesses asking follow up questions...
Are local businesses on the app or is there a support person acting as an in between? It seems a little shady to say a businesses isn't onboarded and then get a message from them.
@dleesta First few interactions are fielded through a support center while we a) get your messaged answered and b) onboard the business. Thanks for the feedback, Daniel.
