Hello guys πŸ‘‹ let me introduce you my side project – MindEscape VR. I got the idea to create an app like this about a year ago when my country was completely locked down due to covid and the real winter weather started. Spending days in my small flat with not enough sunlight, sport and free movement in general became so depressive, that I actually ended up running away to the Canary Islands. Unfortunately, not everybody has the opportunity or wants to run away. At least in the real world. That's why I created MindEscape VR which lets you escape your daily sorrow and worries to 3 stunning sceneries in nature: - Tropical Caribbean Beach, - Lush Green Forest in Scotland - the Peak of the Alpine Mountain Each of these locations has a perfect spot where you can just sit, relax and enjoy a nice view or start one of the 9 high-quality guided visual meditations. No matter whether your goal is letting go of stress, gathering energy, gaining confidence, or anything else. I decided to make an MVP version of this app COMPLETELY FOR FREE so anybody can escape from lockdown for a moment and get a little bit better during this winter. I hope it will also allow me to gather feedback from the early users for the next development. πŸ€—

That's a great idea! Any plans on adding guided "Headspace-like" meditations? Or can I play them simultaneously from another app?

@martin_mazanec1 Thanks Martin! 😊 The app actually contains 9 headspace-like (more visual) meditations but I really like the idea that you could add more meditations or even connect the app with Headspace! πŸ€™ Will explore it more further! Thanks!

Hello @david_neveceral! Thanks for the question. 😊 At the moment the app is available only on Oculus Quest. It allowed me to target the biggest part of the VR market for the reasonable development costs. I'd definitely like to expand MindEscape also on other platforms however most likely in the later stage after setting up viable business model. Hope you understand.
