When we founded Replica a couple of years back we dreamed that one day, game developers, filmmakers, animators, educators, and creatives would produce highly realistic speech performances using AI voices. HOT DAMN! Kudos to the team and holy smokes to the video editor behind this! Whoever you are... did a bang up job!! Give yourself a massive pat on the back :) Replica has clearly come a long way and I have no doubt will continue to progress so much further. I can't remember how many times we'd hired talent and had them sitting in a studio when clients were realising their scripts sounded weird when read out a loud. I feel like this will save so much time for producers and VO talent. And for the indie developers who can't afford talent in the first place. Holy smokes. Super exciting gang, well done to you all!!!

Replica's voices are fascinating - I'm (still) not Unreal Engine user, I rather use the potential of Replica Studios for my AI-driven movies. But I say you what: if I imagine, this quality will be once implemented in Games for, say AI- or algorithm-driven dialogs between you and NPSs, that would be grandiose. You get the theater-quality of voices here (my favs are Deckard and Solomon - very artistic rendering).

@merzmensch @gvncmpbllwlsn Thank you! I couldn't find the emotion control besides of specific moods for some of the voices. Will it be rolled out? (Like in the video demo where you even can emphasize a single word). That's be great! :) Btw. here is my newest video using Replica Voices:

@deeaero thanks :) we currently have 31 Replica Voices and you don't have to wait for the Unreal Engine plugin to use them. The voices in the video are not yet on the platform. They will potentially be released this quarter. We are currently working on improving our existing voices and adding a lot more new character voices which we will ship in Q1 of 2021.
