I've been using SEOUtlis for the past 1 yr now, and it's one of my go-to apps, to be honest. With some of the most amazing features added by Phuc in the past 1 yr, it has made this app super powerful for SEOs especially. Great tool, Great Founder. One of the best GMB grid trackers you will find, and easily the cheapest. The new rank tracker will save you a ton of money. New features being added all the time and a founder that listens to every query and responds to bugs almost instantly. You cannot go wrong with having this tool.

I've been using the beta from some time now and I may say I am impressed by how great this tool is becoming. - It is fairly easy to setup, considering the flawless documentation and instruction articles/videos. - I love the keyword clustering tool, which allows for using your own pre-trained model (or downloading one from huggingface or wherever) and it also does SERP clustering without ridiculously overcharging me for each task. - Now it supports Keyword tracking <3 - The community is great, very friendly and supportive, and whenever I have a problem, I feel safe, knowing the creator Phuc Le will address my comment personally, for which I am very thankful! Hands down my favorite SEO software right now, and I've been in SEO for almost 15 years ..

This is one of the best newcomer tools for seo, I love it as alternative to the Ahrefs or Semrush, which got too expensive lately.

Good SEO utility and a very active and responsive developer. I'm suprised at the activity level with regularly new functionality. Also very responsive. There was some request to limit api spend. So the developer very responsively added a renting api so you can use prepaid data for seo balance in the tool.

Amazing tool with many utility features for SEO. Better yet, Phuc the Founder is VERY active in development and implementing feedback. Highly recommend!
