Spot uses Cognitive Interviewing methods to record the details of inappropriate work behaviour. It then gives you the option to report what happened to your employer or to just keep the confidential record so you have high-quality evidence if you need it. I've tested out Spot, and I'm really impressed. This is a great way to safely and anonymously (if you wish) report inappropriate or harassing behavior at work. It's an important tool.

Thanks for hunting @razkarmi. This is super interesting, I like how it creates a judgement-free space for individuals to reflect on traumatic experiences at work. Many people who have faced discrimination at work (myself included) bury it deep inside causing mental and physical health problems, what do you hope to see change if more companies adopt this @verbagetruck @danielsnicolae @dylan36032?

I'd hope that once more companies adopt this that we will be able to find new and better ways to deal with inappropriate situations as they arise. There simply has to be a better way than just just glossing over them, pretending that they don't exist. We hope that companies feel strongly about this too and work together with us on a future where this is no longer a problem that leads to things as you described.

An Amazing Product! Really found it useful in using it! To reduce these problems every organization should undergo a training process and also want to make sure that the employees are having a positive attitude towards their workforce! So organization can carry out Online POSH training for the workers!
