Hey Product Hunt! Back around for a second time to help teams build better products! @dalton_pierce and I began working on Tether while we were running our software development agency in NYC. As we scaled, we started to run into issues around our process for bug reporting and feedback across our team, clients, and users. Feedback was unclear, lacked the proper technical context, and was spread across multiple apps. This negatively affected our users, gave our clients a sub-par experience, and made our team less efficient. Up until now, we've been focused mostly on the internal use case. Teams doing QA, bug reporting, design QA etc. But today we are launching our free end-user widget! πŸš€ With the widget you can: -Enable end-users to report bugs & feedback directly from your product -Adjust the branding to make it feel like an extension of your product -Control how and when the widget appears -Sync your tools via our integrations (Jira, Slack, Zapier etc) -Tether grabs technical details for you automatically The widget is completely free to install and get started with. No time limit. We're so excited to help you build better products, and make your users happier by making feedback easy.

Congrats on the launch! Looks awesome. Can you tell me a little bit more about the Slack integration?
Dan Cleary
@arianna_luna1 Thanks! With the Slack integration, you can set it up so that whenever feedback is submitted, a slack message is sent to whichever channel you chose. The message includes a bunch of key details about the feedback (the screenshot, the user, technical details and more)

Definitely, a feature set that lacks in Intercom and other similar tools. I've tried the early versions and the details we got from user usage were quite rad. I think the Tether has a bunch of potential. Looking forward to its growth. Congrats on this launch Dan and team πŸ‘
