As a nutritionist by training it was clear that I would make a Notion Food Diary. But I wanted more than a recipe database and a meal planner. Of course, these two are included in my Food Diary as well, but it also shows you the calories and nutrients that you consumed per meal/day. Especially, if you have an eye on your food consumption/composition that can be very useful. The Food Diary is very intuitive and user-friendly. It allows you to plan and track your meals, count calories, and track your health parameters. With my Notion Food Diary, you can easily see what and how much you're eating, and make insightful food choices.
