What are Workhub Spaces? Spaces are a new feature in Workhub Connect. Workhub spaces are support pages that will enable you to manage all your internal and external communications in one place. Why Workhub Spaces? 1️⃣ Workhub Spaces help your customer support team by consolidating all customer queries and internal chats into one place. This way, they can manage internal and external communications very easily. 2️⃣ Workhub Spaces is an excellent way for your customer support team to keep track of customer queries and responses. This makes it easier for them to provide a high-quality service to their customers. How Workhub Spaces Works: Spaces are a support widget for "connect." All "connect" users can use them for free with their connect subscription. To use spaces, create a page and, add all the details of support team members on the page, save it. Copy the code of that page and place it anywhere on your website. Whenever a customer initiates a support chat, anyone from your team will be able to respond to that query from within their "connect" account. This way, everyone on the team is always available to help the customer. Customers can initiate a call, email, or chat and schedule a call by checking the available time in the calendar. Congrats on the launch! Good luck. Saw on the website that you support integrations with Slack and other services. I think that is great, cause folks won't need to switch.

Is there some sort of tagging system to categorise the customer queries? Looks interesting, will check it out further.
