@anton_selikhov1 Many congratulations, Anton 👏 As someone who constantly hops between client calls, webinars, and global communities, the language gap is still a daily bottleneck.
How accurate is the translation when multiple speakers or accents are involved? :)
Talo by Palabra.ai
@anton_selikhov1 @rohanrecommends We are using our own ASR tech for speech recognition, so it allows to detect different speakers and accents and even translate them with different voices!

@anton_selikhov1 sounds so cool! hopefully you'll get a prodcut of the month :)

@anton_selikhov1 @nastassia_k He deserves it!

@anton_selikhov1 @nastassia_k That would be fantastic.
@anton_selikhov1 congrats! Glad to see your progress.

Wow! This is really great
Can I use your APIs to create my own Zoom, Google meet app?
Congrats on the launch!
Talo by Palabra.ai
@chilarai Thanks a lot! 🙌 Yes — you can absolutely build on top of our API. It’s designed exactly for that — to power your own Zoom, Meet, or any real-time translation app. Let’s chat if you’d like access! 🚀
Swytchcode
@anton_selikhov1 Absolutely, let's connect on LinkedIn. We were exploring something for the Zoom app store. Please send me a request here

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Artem, the founder of Palabra.ai — the team behind real-time AI translation for events and live broadcasts.
Couldn’t be prouder of this moment 🚀
When we first met the Talo team, we instantly connected over the same mission: breaking every language barrier in real time. Together, we’re now building the first all-in-one AI translation platform for calls, events, and streaming.
Joining forces has allowed us to build something much bigger: an all-in-one AI translation platform that connects video calls, events, and broadcasts in real time.
Huge thanks to everyone supporting us today
@aikukharenko Congrats with the first place!

@ititov_agency thanks! That really motivates us to work even harder

@aikukharenko Couldn't agree more! Let's cover every use case for breaking language barriers.

Nice and really needed project! What's the average latency overhead when translating, in seconds? And, I believe, some language phases need to be pronounced in full in order to be properly translated, so I'm also wondering how your realtime translator handles that – does it mean dynamic latency? If so, what's the minimal latency?
Talo by Palabra.ai
@nikitaeverywhere Thank you! 🙌
Short answer: we start speaking mid-sentence with sub-second latency. In most pairs, you’ll hear the translated voice ~300–700 ms after you start speaking, and typical rolling latency during fast exchanges stays ~0.8–1.5 s.
About “dynamic” latency: you’re right — some languages need a bit of look-ahead (e.g., clause-final verbs or long-distance reordering). Our engine streams as much as it’s confident about and adds a small, adaptive delay only when the structure demands it. In those cases we might add ~300–800 ms of extra look-ahead; with clean audio and simpler constructions, minimum latency can be ~250–300 ms.
Net effect: it feels real-time, even in fast, emotional conversations, and only slows slightly when grammar requires more context. Happy to share a live demo if you’re curious! 🚀

@anton_selikhov1 this sounds fantastic. Thanks for such a detailed response!

@anton_selikhov1 it’s also interesting this is shipped as a bot you need to add to meetings. Why did you choose not to ship it as a software for a Mac to intercept and transform audio? I believe because it’s not technically possible to do the same on mobile?
Talo by Palabra.ai
@nikitaeverywhere, we have the Palabra Desktop app as a part of Talo&Palabra products which does exactly what you've described: you can install it on your Mac and use it for speech translation in any other voice app, not only Zoom/Meet/Teams. Bots are easier to start with, and you are right that bots are available on mobile, but Palabra Desktop is only for desktops (Mac and Windows). Happy to share a live demo of Palabra Desktop as well!

@pavel_evteev Thanks a lot! 🙏 Great point — and totally agree.
Talo by Palabra.ai
@pavel_evteev Thanks! As a startup, we’re focused on building features and products that make translation easy everywhere. But there’s actually a lot happening on the enterprise side as well - things like documentation, certification processes, status boards, and more.

The tech behind this is wild - real-time multilingual voice translation with natural voices and low latency. Excited to hear your feedback!

@maxim_kudinov Yes, sir!
@maxim_kudinov you are rock!
