The course works. I like the scientific approach, facts and gradual, calm progress toward the goal, without pressure, and with the option to skip a day. The yoga nidra is wonderful. Thank you.

It’s amazing how, over these 30 days, I became so attached to Remy that I can’t imagine life without it now. You really did manage to help me, thank you. I don’t regret spending money on this app. One thing I still need help with is falling asleep in noisy environments. I tried earplugs, but I can still hear the noise through them. Other than that, the app is fantastic! Thank you again!

Finally I can make use of my Apple Watch for self-tracking. Seems quite pricy, but overall, Remy delivers on its promise from day one and UI/notifications are quite calming and have cool insights. Thanks for improving my willingness to get up in the morning.

Pretty good for building an actual bedtime routine. I never realized how much I messed up my sleep by checking Discord right before bed. The app kinda reminds me not to do that.
