This is a good working messenger. The only issue I have with it are the notifications.They just don't arrive on time and I often don't see that people are tagging me. Please do something about it.

I love all the flexibility to extend the platform with custom emojis, bots, so rich. The recent app GUI refresh made it a bit easier to find what's relevant and what to ignore
Easy to use for simple tasks and startups. Once the tasks become more complex/ more groups etc it is not always clear to keep the oversight/overview once you are in different channels/ conversations.
Slack's user-friendly interface and organized workspace structure make it relatively easy for teams to adapt and start using it efficiently. The desktop app for Windows, along with desktop notifications, keeps users up to date.
