What's great
the sticky-note part is what sold me, not the slider. typing a task into yet another app feels like admin, but tapping and handwriting it with my finger actually feels like writing "call mom" on a real note, which makes me more likely to actually look at it later. the slider click/thunk is a nice touch on top but it's the handwriting that changes how it feels to use day to day
What needs improvement
the free 3-task cap is pretty tight once you actually start using it for real chores, not just testing it. I get that the whole pitch is one small board rather than an endless list, but even bumping it to 5-6 free slots would let more people live with it long enough to decide if they want to pay
vs Alternatives
TodoistTodoist is way more powerful for actual project management, but that's exactly the problem - it's a tool for managing tasks, not a thing that makes finishing a task feel good. I wanted the 3-4 daily chores kind of list, not a system, so the physical feel won out over the feature set
