Review Zapier?
Reviewers largely see Zapier as a dependable, easy-to-learn way to connect many apps and cut repetitive work, especially for teams that want automation without needing a developer. They repeatedly praise its broad integrations, templates, and reliability, with examples like routing leads into CRMs, sending Slack alerts, and syncing website or campaign tools. The main complaint is cost: pricing, paid feature limits, and added licenses become harder to justify as usage grows. Some also note complexity, delays, or minor bugs in larger multi-step workflows.

Zapier's core value is simple: it lets your favorite apps talk to each other and automatically work for you.
You don't need to be a developer, and no complex code is required. You simply define simple rules like "When event A happens, then perform action B." Support for over 5,000 apps means you can almost always find the connection you need.
It eliminates repetitive tasks, reduces human error, and dramatically accelerates individual and team workflows. It's one of the most profitable software investments I've made in recent years. If you're still manually juggling data across apps, you're wasting your most valuable asset: your time.

Zapier is our behind-the-scenes MVP. It connects Flexpoint to hundreds of apps without writing extra code—whether it's automating affiliate onboarding, syncing user data, or triggering emails. It saves us hours every week and helps us scale like a team 10x our size. Pure magic for builders.

Zapier is one of those apps that has worked wonders for my team. With 10 reps handling 50 to 100 calls each day it helps out team focus on the sales not the admin. I love how it instantly pushes abandoned cart items and Facebook leads into our CRM and pings Slack so we can call in seconds. By automating all the grunt work and lead distribution, my team is better able to focus on closing, not admin. It’s like having an extra operations manager
What needs improvement
As I had more and more of my team begin to use it to scale up more processes and work flows we found that the pricing model begin to rise, to a pint where I wasn't sure how much more we could do with it for the cost we were paying.
we looked at n8n and found n8n is better for complex, high-volume data processing if you have a developer or a tech minded team. Zapier is better for my sales team letting us move at real time speed without a dev team.
It is a powerful tool for workflow automation. It’s easy to set up, has a user-friendly interface, and saves a lot of time by connecting apps seamlessly. The only downside is that some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, and occasional delays can happen. Overall, it’s a great solution for boosting productivity.
The biggest improvement would be more affordable pricing as usage scales, especially for teams. Also, advanced workflows can feel a bit complex, and occasionally there are small delays or bugs in multi-step automations.
vs Alternatives
I considered other automation tools, but Zapier stood out thanks to its huge app library, reliable integrations, and ease of use. It helped me build workflows quickly without needing custom code.
What stands out to me about Zapier is how accessible automation becomes, even without deep technical knowledge. Being able to connect different tools and create workflows in a relatively straightforward way saves a noticeable amount of manual effort. It’s especially useful when you’re juggling multiple platforms.
What needs improvement
Pricing can become a factor as workflows scale, especially for more complex automations. It would also be helpful to have clearer visibility into task usage and optimization suggestions as setups grow.
vs Alternatives
I’ve looked into alternatives like Make (formerly Integromat) and some native integrations between tools. They can work well in specific cases, but Zapier feels more standardized and easier to set up quickly across a broader range of apps.
Zapier is a solid tool that generally runs reliably in the background. It connects with almost everything I use, which saves a lot of time. The setup is mostly straightforward, though it can get a bit pricey as you scale up your usage. Overall, it's still a staple in my workflow.
Pretty good, but not flawless, integration with many tools. Works better than Power Automate if you are on the M365 platform by being easier to use, broader application support, and better GPT/AI integration (without hidden costs).
They do keep adding features that require more licenses, which is annoying, as we can't keep asking to add more and more costs.

Zapier automates so many repetitive tasks for my team. Connecting different apps without coding is a huge time saver. Sometimes setting up complex workflows can be tricky but the benefits outweigh the learning curve. I highly recommend it for boosting efficiency.
I absolutely love Zapier! It has been a game-changer for me, especially when it comes to automating tasks on my WordPress website. With Zapier, I'm able to seamlessly connect various apps and tools to streamline my workflow, saving both time and effort.
I'm a Zapier noob, but it's super easy and intuitive to use. Using it to manage our waitlist campaign between Referral Hero and Superchat made the comms process easy, seamless and error-free.
One of the most underrated apps released in the last few years...A lot of businesses run a lot of automation through Zapier and its even better now with the recent addition of AI.
