The UI is fast and easy to understand. Their Canvas builder is very nice to use and keeps the overview over things. I like how easy Actions are to combine with LLMs.

What needs improvement

I think their "update records and create new one if not present" is overly complicated. It'd be much easier to have one Action instead of having to implement three for finding a record, updating if found and creating a new one if not found.

We use Albato to push lead data after AI demos into our CRM and Slack. Tried a couple of tools before that but Albato was the easiest to set up without pulling in engineers. When you're moving fast and need a new integration live by tomorrow, that's what matters. Works reliably, no complaints so far

I’m using Albato as an automation/integration platform, and what really surprised me was how good their learning support is. They don’t just give you a static help center—they have a video lecture series that walks you through real workflows step by step. That made it much easier for me to understand how the pieces fit together instead of just memorizing features. As someone who doesn’t live in automation tools all day, being able to watch short, focused videos and then immediately replicate what I saw in my own account reduced the learning curve a lot. I went from “ok this looks powerful but scary” to “I can actually build useful automations on my own” in a weekend.

Overall, the educational content is a big reason I stuck with Albato instead of giving up when it looked complex at first - after trying Albato, I even upgraded my plan on Appsumo

What needs improvement

Even though the educational videos are very helpful, each video uses different example to illustrate the tools - it would be great if there was a video series that builds a complex automation from scratch using as many tools in Albato as possible, so that users see all the tools in action.

vs Alternatives

I am new to automation game, so this is the first service I tried, but given the great price I got on Appsumo and the variety of tools Albato offers, I don't have a reason to look for other tools, at least for now.

Albato helped me automate repetitive tasks in my shipping workflow, especially replying to customers about shipping quotes and organizing requests. It is very easy to use, has many ready integrations, and saves a lot of time. It also offers good value compared to competitors and the customer support is responsive.

What needs improvement

The credit system could be improved, as credits run out quickly when running multiple automations. Also, the number of direct integrations is still smaller compared to some competitors. More learning resources and clearer documentation would help new users get started faster.

vs Alternatives

Make and Zapier. I chose Albato because it is more affordable, simple to set up, and provides the integrations I need for my daily operations.

I use Albato to connect Lemlist with my stack (CRM, Google Sheets, Slack). The no-code UI is clean, templates get you moving fast, and the custom app integrator covers edge cases. It’s priced better than Zapier, updates land regularly, and app coverage is wide—and growing. Trade-offs: fewer native apps than the big players, the custom integrator has a learning curve, docs/UI could be tighter, and operation counting can burn through usage faster than you expect. Bottom line: a cost-effective way to move my Lemlist campaign data wherever it needs to go, without fuss.

Makes automation simple and effective What I like most Albato makes it incredibly easy to connect different tools and set up automations without needing any coding skills. Also, the documentation could benefit from more real-world examples and step-by-step guides for more complex scenarios. A well-developed product that exceeds expectations! Albato is an amazing tool that has truly impressed me with its quality and functionality. The UX and UI are excellent, making the user experience intuitive and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great alternative to Zapier, Albato is definitely worth considering, especially for those who need complex, multi-step solutions. The support team is simply outstanding, and this is no exaggeration! They helped me build the automation I couldn't create on my own, showing patience and expertise. A special thanks to Dariusz for his incredible support. In my personal experience, I’m using Albato to connect Tidycall to ActiveCampaign, making it similar to, if not even more efficient than, the native Calendly app. With Albato, I was able to separate first and last names into two distinct fields, assign different names for the six calendar types in Tidycall, and transfer them to ActiveCampaign, placing all the questions through arrays into the various fields of ActiveCampaign. Believe me, this tool is worth its weight in gold! I genuinely want to give my honest feedback: no one paid me for this, but I just want to express my appreciation for the Albato team who helped me with my work and are saving me money!

Albato is an affordable alternative to Pabbly or Zappier. Though it does not offer as many integrations as its competitors, the price makes it accessible for all levels of users. Also the ability to create custom integrations is a significant advantage. However the custom app integrator is very complex to use and has a learning curve. I am not convinced non technical users will manage. Even for technical users, we really need more videos on how to use it for more complex integrations. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. They have created an academy to learn how to use the tool. One huge drawback is the way they count operations that consumes high volume extremely fast. I hope they reconsider their strategy, as many engaged users have urged them to do so many times. Also they really should invest in a ticketing system to handle user-related issues as a small chat window is really not indicated to keep track of all the issues. Even so I believe as the number of integrations increases this tool is going to be a real gem, and I'll be glad to have purchased it.

Albato is one of those automation tools that as soon as you start using it, your mind starts thinking of new ways you can automate your workflows. I started by building some simple automations but now I have gotten quite good at incorporating data filters, routers, and multi-step flows. It really is a powerful tool and is a much better value than Zapier or IFTTT. Also the Support is fantastic! There were a few times that I got stuck and I just launched the handy Live Chat feature that is there in the Dashboard and within a few hours I had a solution from one of their representatives. Albato lets you setup incoming and outgoing webhooks so even if there is a tool you want to integrate with that is not in their list, chances are you setup your own integration pretty easily. Really happy with my purchase!
