Since there's no API for Snapchat, it seems like using this would be heavily against TOS by Snapchat and put you at risk of being deactivated / banned, right?

It mentions that Instagram doesn't allow posting from outside, but there are probably a lot of people that have seen companies that do this anyways with a username/password hack (very insecure / against TOS).
