We are working on a new (and pretty cool) idea!
But shush..... We can't tell you. Not because we are afraid of being stolen the idea, not at all :)
In fact we will be talking about it a LOT in the next few weeks.
No, shush... because we need to collect DATA and VALIDATE first. And if we tell you what the product is, this might bias your answers.
So please take 5 minutes (I promise it really only takes 5') to complete this survey, and the...

We just launched on PH on May 2nd and this is clearly the main driver for these past 48hours!

Hi ProductHunters! This is Emmanuel, co-founder of Weavit!
When we imagined Weavit, I had over 10 years of experience using Evernote and iOS Notes, and three things were absolutely frustrating :
1️⃣ It was impossible to take “small notes”, you know, these post-it blurbs 📑, light bulbs 💡, brain farts 🧠 that you want to immediately note down. All note-taking Apps were geared towards long notes,...

Capture and Organise your thoughts on mobile
We suffer from information overload in a world filled with noise and yet we need to surface knowledge 'fast'. With so many productivity apps out there - why are none able to capture thoughts messily and organise them intuitively?
Well...say hello to Weavit.
Well...say hello to Weavit.

Where are you on the Adoption bell curve? 🔔
Everybody knows the famous adoption curve with innovators, early adopters etc.
I would really be curious to know where all of you ProductHunters lie !!
So: as far as new products, Apps, tech, are concerned, in which category are you?

Where are you on the adoption "bell" curve 🔔 ?
We all know the acquisition/adoption bell curve:
- 2.5% Innovators
- 13.5% Early Adopters
- 34% Early Majority
- 34% Late Majority
- 16% Laggards
20 years ago I would clearly have been in the 2.5%, but with the age I'm leaning more towards the EA/EM crowd...
I'd really be curious to know who you ProductHunters are !

Working in silence?
I tried working in a noisy open space.
I tried working with music.
I tried working with the TV on.
I'm really at my best in deep silence.
What's your best setup when you need to focus?

Reading books on how to build a startup or a product is as useful as reading books on how to play tennis :)
Being on the tennis court is the only way to learn.
Now if you can have a coach, it's better.
What are you biggest learnings from creating your own product ?

I listen to the radio news every morning, so pretty fast after waking up. But I consider it the same as when my parents were turning on the news on the radio at breakfast when I was a kid. They still do by the way, using a plain old FM transistor radio.
How quickly do you reach for your phone in the morning?

Great piece - but strangely you can find the same on Evernote, iOS Notes, OneNote and the list goes on.
The commonality between these posts are that the user quits after having taken MANY notes, because the system inevitably clutters.
I gave up using Evernote for that same reason: couldn't find back stuff, duplicate entries etc.
Our brain by contrast works on three axis: the information,...

Not much in fact :)
Too many distractions, and even the commute time helps me have a decompression phase, so... Still going to the co-working every day!
