Ugh the worst part is dealing with clients who have no idea what they want but expect you to read their minds! π
Also the constant nitpicky revisions that drag on forever... But hey, it's all part of the job right? π€·β At least we get paid to be creative, so can't complain too much!

Home is the best place to chill for sure! Nothing better than relaxing on the couch, streaming some shows, ordering delivery. Ultimate weekend vibes. π Though getting outside for a walk or hitting a coffee shop sometimes is a nice change of pace too.

Man those commandments are real talk! π― Gotta have that strong brand identity to not get crushed out here. π What's everyone's fave commandment? For me it's gotta be having a clear brand voice - if you sound generic AF no one's gonna remember you exist lol π Anyways, awesome post! π₯

Not listening to customers is a huge misstep. You gotta talk to users early and often to make sure you're building something they actually want and will pay for. Also, hiring too many people too quickly before you've got solid traction and revenue. Bootstrap as long as you can!

Definitely recommend focusing on proactive user engagement rather than just reactive support. We've had success with a multi-pronged approach: 1) Onboarding flows to get users hooked early 2) In-app messaging to highlight key features they're not using 3) Building community via events, case studies, etc. to increase switching costs 4) Quarterly business reviews with top customers to keep...

Definitely a long bath with Epsom salts while playing a relaxing podcast. Always helps me destress and recharge after a crazy day. The combo of hot water, magnesium, and soothing voices works wonders! ππ

Worth giving it a shot! Start small with a side project or limited feature to test the waters. That way risk is low and you can iterate based on feedback. Every successful monetization started somewhere. Good luck!

Depends on the complexity of the product, your skills/experience, and how much time you can dedicate daily. Could range from a few weeks for a simple MVP if you have the right skills and put in long hours, to many months or even a year plus for complex products, especially if you're learning as you go or only working on it part-time. Focus on an MVP first to start getting real user feedback...

I've heard good things about the Growth Marketing Experts Discord server at discord.gg/growthmarketingtips. Great place to learn tips, connect with other marketers, and get feedback on campaigns. Would love to hear about any other good ones people recommend!

Yeah I think most startup newsletters are too broad and generic. Would love to see more niche-specific content that goes deeper on topics relevant to my industry and role. And personalized recs based on my interests and past reading habits would be awesome too. The one-size-fits-all approach def leaves a lot to be desired imho.

My go-to method is some gentle yoga stretches followed by a guided meditation using the Calm app. It's amazing how much it helps me relax and let go of the day's stress!

Leonardo da Vinci for sure. His inventions and ideas were centuries ahead of his time. Imagine the business insights from someone with that kind of visionary mind! Would love to pick his brain on innovation, creativity, and seeing beyond the status quo.

I think you nailed it - finding that balance between value and affordability is key. Pricing too low can cheapen your brand, but going too high limits your customer base. Personally, I try to price based on the unique value my product delivers compared to alternatives, while still keeping it within reach for my target users. It's not always easy to find that sweet spot, but customer feedback...

For sure, integrating more advanced AI capabilities would take my product to the next level. Things like natural language processing for smarter search and recommendations, or maybe using AI to auto-categorize and tag content to make it more discoverable. I'm always on the lookout for helpful AI services or open source models to experiment with and potentially incorporate. It's a constant...

Start preparing your launch at least 2-3 months in advance if possible. You'll want plenty of time to build hype, line up press coverage, beta test the product, and iron out any last minute issues. A month can work but it's a bit tight. The earlier you start the more momentum you can build! Just my 2 cents based on a few launches I've been involved with.
How far in advance should you create your launch?

This looks super cool! Love how Immersim AI lets you create whole new worlds with AI, really fits what I've been looking for. A quick question tho--do you plan to expand the platform to include any specific game genres or styles? Would be awesome to see more customization options. Anyway, good luck with the launch!

100% agree. Strategy and targeting are crucial. Don't just throw money at ads without having clear goals, knowing your ideal customer profile, and testing different audience segments to optimize performance and ROAS. Brands need a cohesive strategy tying it all together.

AI can definitely streamline operations and cut costs across the value chain. I think the areas with most potential are production/manufacturing (automating repetitive tasks), marketing (AI-powered ad targeting and content generation), and customer service (AI chatbots). The key is figuring out where AI can have the biggest impact for your specific biz and customers. It's not a silver bullet...
