My experience is that the archetypes are more like:
1. "Search People": Content is king. Doesn't matter where docs live. Keep everything forever.
2. "Browse People": Organization is king. Taxonomies and hierarchies. If you don't use something, you need to archive it.
The difference from your archetypes is that, if people are "meticulous about organizing", I predict they are _more_ comfortable...

The UX looks great! Good job.
Although blur is a reversible transformation - especially for text. I wrote about this recently: https://jameshfisher.com/2020/02/29/when-in-doubt-dont-blur-it-out/. Maybe you could default to an irreversible transformation? E.g. blackout or pixelation.
UPDATE: I didn't realize when I tried it that you scramble the text before blurring! OK, great job, 5/5 :D

I made Vidrio because I saw Tony Stark's holographic display and thought, "I want that." I made the closest thing that could run on a Mac. I used Vidrio for some presentations and screencasts, and got some amazing reactions. Now I'm releasing it for all of you. It's perfect for remote working via Zoom, screencasts via YouTube, live coding on Twitch, etc. I'm making it free for all COVID-19...
