Love the idea of avoid the loss of streaks - something that always gets me down!

I think I mentioned this the last time round - it would be useful to give the visitor a bit more direction on the landing page. For example, some categories perhaps with some images.

Love the idea behind this but I think you need to focus on how to get a more attractive front end so that people are encouraged to leave reviews. I was quite confused when I landed on the page with a few random service providers shown.

Cool product - as a bit of feedback I'd just call the pro plan a lifetime deal. It's a concept most understand.
