    @hibba_shahid Seek first to understand, then to be understood. Do you have a specific example?

    @hibba_shahid I have seen the place. What helps? Having a solid and fixed roadmap. Yes, do send out occasional feature request emails, surveys, etc. Do take their inputs, feedback, etc. but do not let them drive the product. And it's okay to say - No, we do not have that envisioned for (Product name). Hey, I'd rather have customers who feel for my product a lil' in the same way if not more. And if you stand your ground and not nod to every customer feedback/request, you'll be just fine
