Just upvoted! The communication intelligence cells are interesting. Have you thought about integrating recommendations? For example, something along the lines of the system telling you "hey you should probably reach out to this lead today since ..."

This is huge! Been using Attio for couple years now and we had to for a while go back to Hubspot due to their better integration with WhatsApp and I hated my life during that. So glad we are now back on Attio after a pivot took us away from WhatsApp 🙌 Congrats on the launch team!

hot damn, Attio CRM has more magic in it than Hogwarts Legacy and much better real-time multiplayer support too. Who needs a Marauder's Map when you have a next level search functionality built in the system. This product should be called a Dementor because it took my breath away.

congratulations! I just created an account and will give it a try. mainly I am looking for the following: 1. categorisation of accounts (custom tags, phases etc) 2. email to multiple contacts at once 3. insights/open rates can you let me know which ones are included?

So, I went down the rabbit hole exploring the right CRM for my business. I am a consultant who has never needed a CRM as most of my business is word of mouth, but I recently launched my Community Leadership Core accelerator and needed something to track the sales pipeline. When I started doing the CRM research I was so disappointed. Most CRMs either sucked, were incredibly expensive, or were way too complicated to use. Nothing really served my use case very well and every one felt like I was trying to wedge a round block into a square hole. Then I discovered Attio. Attio changed the game for a few reasons. 1) The pipeline structure is incredibly flexible. While I started with my Community Leadership Core sales pipeline, I also set up pipelines for consulting applications and I am setting up pipelines for managing content, projects, and more. 2) The data enrichment is amazing. This is especially useful for me when I can see estimated ARR and size of the team, which are useful data points in qualifying leads. 3) It is really simple to use. Unlike other CRMs that look like they were built in the mid-nineties, Attio is simple, modern, and easy to use. 4) Email is great. I can easily create email templates in Attio, asttach files, and follow up easily with clients. 5) Support is awesome. Cassandra is a machine when it comes to responsive support...she is awesome...and when I have submitted product ideas and feedback, their Product team responds, which is neat. All in all, I love it. I have never written a Product Hunt before, so this shows how much I love Attio. Well worth a look!

I like that this product follows the zero-coding concept. And yet it is possible to create such extensive workflows. Looks like the next level of CRM to me. CRM 2.0. Congratulations!

Been an Attio user since before they rebranded into Attio, good to see you guys on Product Hunt & thereby widening the community. Basically I think of Attio as our collective team brains, but with structured data. Not always easy to agree with coworkers on how to best structure the data but honestly the email integration & chrome extensions go a long way in automating time-consuming data collection efforts. The tasks feature is super intuitive (just write it down in plain english) is my own personal to-do. Whenever you have a question or a bug, the team is always super responsive. And they always welcome product development ideas only wish they kept shipping faster! Anyhow, @nicolassharp & Attio team, keep up the good work!

Having used various CRMs (Zendesk, SF, in-house) in B2B roles Attio’s onboarding, UI and workflow is just better. Sales on the go has never been easier with great mobile access and prompts to boost productivity. 📈🧑‍💻

Interesting product! Crunched through your website a little bit and haven't seen any native integrations with sales engagement platforms and VOIP tools. A must have for sales teams as we do not want to log those activities manually. Is that on the radar? Cheers!

Attio has been completely game-changing for us at Dopt. We moved our customer development and fundraising processes out of Airtable very early on and it has saved us so much time. It's also scaled super elegantly as we've grown. I could not recommend Attio more strongly!
