You cut through all the noise to retain the signal -- for both sides, in fact. ?makers -- I saw on your website that you integrate with ATS systems, but how is a job advertised on channels? Once you create a job on Cauldron, would you get a URL that you can then share on other job portals? Or do you have a portal yourself?

You can then generate as many "referral" links as you like and share them through your sourcing channels or automate that process with another tool! Apart from tackling all the company side biases/clumsiness/ghosting, this is also very effective in filtering out applicants who simply click apply and upload a resume and move on without quite reading what is posted. We've massively updated the UI, added a bunch of new features including an application dashboard, where you can set up notifications & reminders, add a welcoming message and view live applicant engagement data! We've massively enhanced our application experience editor! You can now add more types of tasks, questions, forms or tests in the application form. Most importantly, we added our Scoring system feature to help hiring teams reduce bias as they're shortlisting their applicants through a double-blind setup. Those are the few notable ones - let me know how you're finding the platform so far!

As someone who has spent the last month weeding through job applications I love the idea of being able to remove the bias and hire directly on merit. I don't think it's something that people think about before they start the process but becomes apparently evident as you start to do interviews etc. Seems highly valuable in our current society as we strive to do better and be better.
