Implications of Generative AI for work, tech hiring and assessment in the IT sector are huge. There is much discussion among developers if AI will take our jobs. These discussions are often based on personal opinions rather than on actual research. Over the last 4 months we've conducted unique research on AI vs. human programmers to: - better understand where developers can excel, and AI struggles, - get insights into solvability of various tasks by AI vs humans Results of our experiment led us to the creation of the world's first programming tests unsolvable by Chat GPT AI.
