Purchased Diaflow expecting an upgrade. BIG MISTAKE. They intentionally removed my 2,000 monthly credits, credits I had on the free plan! Now I'm stuck with 1,000, and they're calling it "fixed.".

Their excuse? A "technical glitch" on their end. So, they show you more, you pay them, and credits disappear? This isn't a glitch, it's a bait-and-switch.

The extra 1,000 temp credits they finally threw in feel like a slap in the face. It's not enough, and it doesn't fix the core problem.

I'm sharing my experience so you don't get burned like I did. Don't waste your money or time with Diaflow or @vietpham I'm documenting everything and will make sure others know.

UPDATE: Still no resolution. Diaflow offered a discount and a few temporary credits, but my original 2,000 credits are still gone. They are not standing by their product or their customers. I'm still demanding a real solution.

ORIGINAL: Upgrading my account caused me to lose 1k of monthly credits instead of gaining. Not sure what happened but support is non existent. I reached out to support and Viet on several occasions but never heard back which appears to be a running theme based on other reviews.
