Great product. Gone are the days of juggling multiple tools, spreadsheets and documents. Finta houses all of that and then some. If you aren’t using Finta for your fundraising then you aren’t utilizing your full potential. Saves time, money, and energy at a time when all three are most valuable. Highly recommend to any company or entrepreneur about to start a round.

I used Finta's basic (free) package to raise a small round for Meddy Health and then the Finta pro package to raise for Epoch Financial Group. For Epoch, we raised $100k in the first 24 hours. I love Finta because the barrier is low for founders (meaning free), while Finta automates your entire raise. It holds your legal docs, deck, and you can track which investors viewed your deal room (and for how long or which section they clicked on --for example, I had an investor that downloaded my SAFE 4x, so I knew to follow up with that person). Unlike crowdfunding platforms, Finta doesn't require an expensive audit or expensive legal before signing up and they don't keep a % of your raise. It's really a no brainer to sign-up and simplify your raise.
