Hi, Product Hunt community, I'm Luca, CEO & Co-Founder of FlexRem. We created FlexRem to bring to life a cross-functional hub for companies and professionals. This Hub will allow international companies to create globally distributed work teams without borders. And, it also gives every professional the chance to access better job opportunities, helping them find their new How and Where in the world. Love the design and overall idea! I LOVE working remote and know a lot of people looking for a remote job. Im curious, how are you sourcing the job posts. Are you pulling from an API or do people create the job listing directly on your page? You also mention on your hub that you have services coming soon… could you share a sneak peek?

@pamsny ❤️ Wow, thank you for the incredible feedback! We've developed our own structure for job searches, and after four months of testing (primarily with AI), we've found that most remote and hybrid job offers are not well-structured, due to various issues with ATS and APIs. Now, we require that all companies publishing job offers on FlexRem adhere to our structure. For example, if a job offer is for a hybrid position, it must specify why it is hybrid, the number of days required in the office versus those that can be worked from home or elsewhere, and the specific locations eligible for remote work. This structured approach is also applied to searches by business area, country, or anywhere. Our goal is to enable users to easily navigate and understand the data about job opportunities using different search icons. Additionally, we're planning to integrate various B2B and B2C services into FlexRem. It's not just a platform where people from around the world can find jobs; they will also be able to connect with mentors, accountants, and enjoy travel experiences with other remote workers. Our logo is divided into four different parts to reflect these diverse functions. Thank you again for your valuable, insightful, and important feedback and questions.
