Generate high-performing cold email sequences with AI. One-click creation based on your offer, audience, and goals. Spam-checked and ready to send. Try Folderly AI now!
Hey Hunters
The brutal truth about cold email: 97% never get opened.
We analyzed 15,000+ high-converting emails to crack the code on what actually works.
Introducing Folderly EmailGen AI - trained on millions of real emails that made money, not just got sent
❌ What everyone else does: Generic templates that scream “mass email”
✅ What we built: AI that writes like your best sales rep having a 1:1 conversation
The overlooked game-changer? Context adaptation.
Our AI doesn’t just swap out names - it reads between the lines of what makes each prospect tick.
One click → Bespoke copy that lands in inboxes AND wallets.
Ready to turn your outreach into revenue?
It adapts tone and structure based on industry and persona - you choose who you’re writing to (like CTO or Founder), and it adjusts the voice, pain points, and style automatically. Happy to show it live! DM ana@folderly.com

@belkins Nice. Would there be actual metrics|data|analytics to back up this assertion?
Asking for a friend who’s sends cold unsolicited emails daily!
@onelocalfamily, there are two things. When you generate any kind of email, it will be connected to our database with conversations and show open, reply and ctr if needed

@belkins Just curious—how does Folderly detect when an email lands in spam? Are you scanning bounce notifications or using some tracking markers to know placement?
@reid_crooks@belkins You can't and the fact that you said this is highly suspicious.

🧐 Good find
Congrats on the launch @belkins I love what you guys are doing and I gave it shot. Honest opinion: I think the quality of the emails are not that great. Maybe I was using it wrong as I did not provide too much context, however, the email AI wrote directly jumps to my offering. Also, one feature that I think users will love is getting context from prospect's social profile. Example: I give the linkedin profie to AI, it crawls it and adds some context about the prospect in the email like "Hey John, I came across you recent Linkedin post about SEO and I agree with all you points except...." or as simple as "Hey John, we went to the same university..." - this adds some personalization to the email and it is something that I can't get from Gmail's email writer as well.
Again, I loved Folderly AI and saving it in my bookmarks to use later.
@lakshya_singh Yes, we are working on that.
The idea is to get work on 15k of email templates that we have written over the last decade and make a generator from them.
The following features will dive deep into extra personalization for specific ICPs
Any plans to integrate the option to sign in with Gmail? :) I tried to input my persona, target and what I want to deliver, was prompted to sign in and more convenient and easier to use Gmail. + Remember my previous config of the campaign.
@busmark_w_nika yes, this is in the roadmap both Gmail and Outlook.
You need to generate these, like single, followup or sequence. I suggest go straightaway with sequences.
The entire database we used is data we train this LLM on.
i’ve been screaming into the void with my cold emails lately, so this is literally showing up like a gift from the email gods 😂
been messing with Smartlead and instantly.ai, but they still feel… robotic? like sure, they “personalize” — but it’s just [first_name] and a sprinkle of fluff.
this feels way more intelligent lol. reading the room instead of just reading a CSV.
i can already see myself using this to rework my SaaS outbound sequences. especially those awkward follow-ups i always skip writing 😅
curious to see how it adapts to different tones too — casual DMs vs enterprise intro emails.
either way, this is gonna save me hours (and hopefully land me some demos too).
grats on the launch team! folderly been cooking 🍽️🔥
Like the AI refresh. Just created a free account.
Would Folderly AI offer any incentives for your loyal Followers and UpVoters in the PH Community?
One (1) free email per month is not enough and some of us PHers are on tight budgets and margins.
Thanks!
I tested this with one of my own cold emails to see what kind of variants I could test out and would definitely want a way to make a link to the individual that I'm emailing to make the tone of the email feel "warmer". That said, testing A/B variants of cold emails is something that I'm always doing manually, so having something to help me test which ones have the highest open rates would be incredibly helpful!
@lienchueh That’s exactly the direction we’re headed! Personalization and tone calibration are top of mind - making cold emails feel less cold is the whole mission. And yes, auto-testing variants for reply/open rate impact is on the roadmap. Thanks for taking it for a spin and sharing real feedback - super valuable!

@reid_crooks we are doing it via dmarc yes
@reid_crooks @belkins How can you track spam placements via DMARC?
