Will it be possible for the users to upload files as well? If not, is this feature planned and what's the ETA?

@joachim_wernersson thanks for your message :) At the moment we do only support file attachments by the SDKs itself. Adding a file upload element for users would actually be super easy to accomplish as the infrastructure is already set :) I just had a quick chat with the team - we really love the idea and put it on our backlog - it should be implemented within the next 1-2 weeks :)

@joachim_wernersson it turns out we were a little bit faster than expected :) The file upload feature is now available (you might clear your cache to see it) :) Simply add a new item of type "file upload" within surveys or custom actions. Happy hearing your feedback on it :)

I’ll just briefly share some technical insights with you. As a web developer specializing in JavaScript and React, software quality is always my top priority. I think it’s never been easier to build better quality software than with Gleap — but then of course, I might be a little biased 😉 Seriously though, with Gleap every bug report a user sends comes with all the logs you need to see exactly where things went wrong. We ship session data and annotated screenshots with every issue so that you can literally put yourself in a user’s position. And the best part: With every report you get a 60 second action replay of a user’s last actions prior to the bug. We’ve been able to increase productivity levels by 40% 🚀. The same goes for feature requests and user surveys by the way.
