Help Scout for Startups - Free customer support platform for startups

Help Scout is amazing. I've been using Help Scout for awhile now to support the users for one of my tools. My wife manages all of our tickets and documents though Help Scout and she literally has zero experience in customer support. She's turning into quite a Help Scout pro - that's how easy the platform is to use. Here are some of the reasons why I love Help Scout: * Super easy to use and onboard other team members into * Features (tickets, help docs, and messaging) * Cost Life before Help Scout was pretty stressful. Prior to Help Scout we were using Intercom. It was not only expensive, but it also stressed us out. We were providing very reactionary support, which was killing productivity. After switching to Help Scout things calmed down and support went from being a burden to something that we actually started to enjoy. Great Product, the product videos puts things to context for me, may be giving focus to the them on the webpage by moving that section up and giving it more area would prompt people to see how it's been used some of the prominent players in the industry. Kudos to the team bring out a fantastic product 👍
