So why 2.0? Since our launch on Product Hunt last year, we have made major improvements on Juphy to make it an even more powerful customer support tool/help desk for social media. So here are the updates:
You can now track, manage and respond to:
- Instagram DM’s
- Facebook and Instagram ads comments in real-time
- and Facebook group comments
With this update, you don’t have to turn off your Facebook & Instagram ads comments anymore. You can easily reply and keep your engagement rates high on ads.
New platform integrations:
- Connect multiple Gmail & custom email (SMTP & IMAP) accounts to Juphy and reply to all your emails in a single dashboard.
Other advanced feature updates:
- Reply as a DM to comments on Facebook. This is particularly useful if you would like to keep the conversation private on your Facebook page
- There is no longer a 24-hour restriction to reply to your Facebook messages. Reply freely whenever you like
- Juphy automatically archives your own tweets so you do not have to filter them out anymore
- Advanced automation rules and ticketing system. Customize, organize, delete and re-arrange your tickets freely
- Advanced team performance reviews. See overall & individual average response times of your customer support team members
- Updated interface. You can now view comments in threads directly in your dashboard to take quicker action
- See which of your team member replied to which comment on your connected account
- Create unlimited lengths of canned responses to answer frequently asked questions
- Better HTML previews in email
- Filter and search internal conversations and assigned messages
- We now have better onboarding guidance for new users
