Silica SX is a visual rendering tool that converts quartz compositions to standard-format digital movies. Users can customize the output movie length, video encoding, size and frame rate, as well as the input parameters used to render the quartz composition.

Because Quartz Composer is a macOS-only visual node-programming tool, we created Silica SX to provide visual media designers with a direct path to achieve interoperability for their quartz compositions beyond the Macintosh platform.
