I built this because during my struggle with anxiety, which I've had most my life, like many I turned to ChatGPT over the past few years. I saw something in AI therapy that was really impactful and I wanted to build on that for others. Elements of AI therapy really helped me figure myself out and most importantly, gave me small manageable tasks tat I could complete that week to help my mental health. I always kept forgetting what my therapist said as well and I wanted my personalised chat bot to have session summaries as well as the context of what my therapist was telling me. Ultimately therapy services are either expensive or inaccessible and Breezi not only helps that but is, in my opinion, a lot better than all other AI therapy apps out there at the moment. It is personal, it is safe and it helps you figure out how to plan your week based on custom tasks that help you. I've been building this idea for 2 years, getting mental health professionals involved and doing extensive user testing. I'm really proud of it but know we have a long way to go!
