I've been using Mutiny 2.0 since I took the role of CRO at ClickUp. I was setting up experiments in under an hour. Mutiny is easy to use for anyone on the marketing team with little to no experience.
Worth mentioning, Mutiny is just a tool. You're the one that needs to put it to work by flexing your creative muscle and launching smart A/B tests. But, even if you feel a bit inexperienced as a CRO, the Mutiny team has dozens (maybe hundreds) of "Playbooks". These Playbooks share experiment results and their setup so you can launch smart A/B tests, even with 0 experience.
Beyond all that, I love the team. Whenever we run into a more complex setup, Molly, Alec, Bryan, Jess, Jaleh, Jordan, Mason, Neel and Nikhil (to name a few) fly in and help troubleshoot.
If you're shopping around for an A/B testing product, Mutiny is a great tool with awesome people. I don't think we would get the level of help and service from any other competitor (and we did shop around).

@germa Thank you! We're a personalization platform that sits on top of an existing website and changes it via Javascript. We integrate with a lot of data sources to identify visitors and then have a no-code flow that enables website changes and shows you how those changes performed. On top of this, we have an AI engine that tells you what to do to drive the most conversion (segments to focus on, how to personalize, and now even content writing).

We initially built Mutiny for companies with high volume self-serve funnels based on our own experience at Gusto, but we have gotten just as much interest from companies with an enterprise motion. PLG companies want to drive conversion at every step and the enterprise/ABM companies want to create better experiences for large, important accounts and executives.
Regarding pricing, we don't have a publicly available price since it depends on your website volume, data sources and use case (PLG vs ABM). If you're interested, you can sign up on the website, answer the usage questions in the signup flow and let our team get back to you with complete details.
Generally speaking, Mutiny is designed for companies with over 20,000 monthly website visitors and at least 1-2 people in marketing. That tends to coincide with companies that have either 30+ employees or have already raised a Series A. We are working on a free trial or completely free version for seed stage startups and hope to announce that next year.
